Job Summary
We are seeking a part time Administrative Assistant to join our team. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, assisting customers and general office tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. We offer an excellent part time schedule of M-Th 9:30-2:30 & Fri 8:30-11:30 (20-23 hrs/ wk) Semi-flexible. Pay depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone and direct calls
- Customer service
- Assist in customer pickups
- Data entry
- Light HR duties such as tracking employee attendance, calculating time cards, assisting with onboarding of new employees
- Filing
- Assist in sending out mailers
- Keeping the office and break room tidy and stocked
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred
- Previous experience in the sign industry a plus
- Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Google workspaces, Docs, & Spreadsheets
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
- AI knowledge helpful
- Reliable attendance
